We currently ship across India.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or during promotional periods.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate while placing your order. Dhaara Earth Weaves is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and unboxing video of the package and products. We will investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.
